Did you see a login box that pops up over the websites you visit?
Users are prompted to click either the Allow button or the Block / Disallow button.

This is what it looks like.

Push notification is a great way to get users involved. It is a brief message that appears on the user’s screens (both desktop and mobile).

In order to turn your website visitors into push subscribers, they need to click the “Allow” button that appears on the push opt-in of the website.

Once the users activate the push subscription, they will receive all of your content updates, offers, news, and notifications for various other information.

How can I customize the push opt-in for the Allow button in Truepush?

  1. Register with Truepush here.
  2. Complete the project creation process. Here is a project creation guide to get you started.

If you’ve already created a project, just log into your account and go to the Settings tab on the left. Now click on the “Edit” icon as shown below.

  1. A new page will open. On the right side of the page there is an option to change the “Opt-In Style” or “Edit Content” for the existing opt-in as shown below.

  2. Select the opt-in of your choice and select the “Edit Content” option as shown above. You can use the “Edit content” option to adjust your web push opt-in.

Please note that we recommend using two-way opt-in styles like Bell, Opt-In Bar, Box, and Box +. The two-way opt-in has 2 times more open rates than the one-way opt-in as with a browser standard.

  1. After clicking “Edit Content” you will see the editable details of the login style (see below).

  1. Now add the permissions button’s text “Allow” on the first or second tab of the button and “Not Now” on the other tab. You can also use the capslock text however you want.
  2. You can also change the other details and see how they appear in the preview image above.

Note: Using the “Allow” button is a standard push notification practice as it makes it clear to visitors that they will receive the updates here. So keep it simple for visitors and turn them into your subscribers using the Truepush push notification platforms, the world’s cheapest.
