Snap Inc. unveiled its revamped Global Partner Solutions program on Wednesday, dividing partners into two distinct categories – strategic partners and certified partners – and adding companies to the Creative Partners program.
Snap described Strategic Partners as a company that uses the Snapchat Marketing API (application programming interface) to develop specialized technologies to provide advanced, differentiated ad buying solutions that marketers can use to improve workflow efficiency and ad performance.
And Certified Partners are companies that offer brands advertising expertise via the API and campaign executions.

When Snap launched Snap Partners along with its advertising API in June 2016, the program was split into Ads Partners and Creative Partners.
Snap also released a custom badge on Wednesday that partners can display on their websites and promotional materials.
